Pre-owned in near mint condition, this guitar was hand selected by Rudy Pensa at Rudy's Music, New York, as part of a Mark Knopfler collection to re-create Marks favourite six guitars, as seen on "Guitar Stories - Mark Knopfler".
The guitars were purchased in 2017 from Rudy's Music by a UK based Mark Knopfler fan and this collection is now looking for new homes.
This Pensa Custom MK90 shows just some fading to the shine on the gold tuning pegs. Otherwise, this guitar has been a collector’s piece since it was purchased and shows no damage or marks at all. An exquisite example that plays as good as they get.
Guitar weight is 3.47kg or in old money, 7lb 10oz.
Supplied with the sale is the original case, Pensa envelope containing the specification sheet and wiring diagram, adjustment tools, the original bill of sale, the original Commercial invoice showing import taxes paid and the original Cites certificate for travel of rare wood species from the US.
