Pre-owned in good condition, the guitar does show some signs of use including some chips and small dings around the edges, the usual lacquer cracks by the neck pocket and wear to the finish of the green control knobs and the pink selector switch top, other than that, this guitar is in great shape.

Pre-owned in good condition, the guitar does show some signs of use including some chips and small dings around the edges, the usual lacquer cracks by the neck pocket and wear to the finish of the green control knobs and the pink selector switch top. One other issue with this guitar, which is common to most JEM777 guitars, the bridge cover for the tremolo bridge is missing. Other than these cosmetic issues, this guitar is totally original and in great shape.
The neck pocket has JEM777 stamped and the neck heel has JEM7 stamped. However, when looked very closely, the other 7's are just visible but have been worn away by the original Ibanez shim fitted at the factory when first manufactured.
The guitar is completely original including original frets, which are in great shape with hardly any wear.
The only thing not original is the case. It’s supplied with a Gator hard case and the original tremolo arm.
Being one of the earliest examples made, this is a collector’s dream. It looks a little used, plays great, sounds superb and will be an ideal addition to your collection.
