This unit works and sounds great. All inputs, outputs, controls, even the gooseneck lights, for which we've installed new bulbs. The only issue, the left turntable is fractionally slower than the right. Speeds as follows. Left - 32.5RPM and 45RPM. Right - 33RPM and 45.5RPM. We think that's acceptable tolerances but we mention it for the sake of full disclosure, otherwise, operationally this late 70's disco unit is running flawlessly.
Worth noting, the styluses may need replacing but they still sound ok. There's an unbranded stylus in the left arm and a Shure M75C in the right.
The outer casing has some cosmetic damage to the vinyl covering mainly on the lid and the front left corner of the base unit (see pictures). Open and remove the lid and this unit is in remarkable condition. Just a few light scratches to the control panel, otherwise the inside is amazing. We've left this unit running for many hours and no strange noises or issues are apparent. With the right looking after, this unit is set for another 40+ years for a retro disco set up. Due to the fragile nature of the unit, this is for collection only.
