Pre-owned, well used, in good playing condition. Firstly, if you're looking for cosmetic perfection, please don't buy this horn. However, if you don't mind some cosmetic dents and wear, this may be the 'bone for you. It's a lovely player, with great tonal range from smooth to raspy, thanks to the super thin bell metal.

Like any antique instrument, this horns ability is limited in comparison to model day horns and will almost certainly need regular maintenance to ensure it remains playable. Pre-owned in excellent condition, the instrument shows some minor signs of wear. There are a couple of small dings to the flared bell section and a small patch of lacquer bleed on the outer leg of the slide section (see pictures for these), otherwise, there are some usual handling marks but no further damage.
Pre-owned in good condition, the instrument has been used regularly and maintained to a very high standard. Cosmetically, it shows the usual lacquer wear around the well-handled areas, some scratches to the end of the hand slide curve and just a few very small dings in various places. There is nothing that affects play and the instrument plays beautifully.
Pre-owned this well used instrument is in good condition and does show some signs of use.
